Terms & Conditions

Effective Date : 04/02/2026

1. Booking & Deposit - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Payment Terms - The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of services. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the required time frame. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Mobile Service Requirements
Customers must provide :
1. Access to the vehicle Adequate space for service Safe working conditions.
2. Access to Water and Power -
If water and/or electricity access is required, it must be available unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Vehicle Condition - Pricing is based on standard vehicle conditions.
Excessively dirty vehicles (heavy pet hair, bio-hazards, mold, excessive stains, etc.) may incur additional charges, which will be discussed before service begins.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond reasonable scope.

6. Service Time Estimates - All service times are estimates. Actual completion time may vary depending on vehicle condition and service complexity.

7. Weather Policy - Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. In cases of severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled for safety and quality reasons.

8. Pre-Existing Damage
YurCar Detailing is not responsible for :
- Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, paint defects, etc.)
- Damage caused by faulty or aftermarket parts.
We may document vehicle condition before service.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee - Customer satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns must be addressed at the time of service completion so we can resolve them promptly.

10. Liability - While we take every precaution, YurCar Detailing is not liable for:
1. Items left inside the vehicle.
2. Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing services.

11. Right to Refuse Service - We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or violate our policies.

12. Deposits, Scheduling, and Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all mobile detailing appointments. This deposit reserves your time slot and will be applied toward the total service cost.

Appointments may be rescheduled at the discretion of the company due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that could impact service quality or safety. In such cases, we will coordinate a new appointment time as soon as possible.

The customer agrees to pay the remaining balance in full immediately upon completion of the service. Failure to provide full payment upon completion may result in additional fees, refusal of future service, and/or cancellation of any upcoming appointments.

Any unpaid balance not received within 24 hours of service completion may be subject to a late fee of $25 or 10% of the total invoice (whichever is greater), applied per day until the balance is paid in full.

The company reserves the right to pursue any unpaid balances through legal means, including but not limited to collections or small claims court.

The customer agrees to be responsible for any costs incurred in the collection of unpaid balances, including legal fees where applicable.
